Performance

I’M THE ONE WITH REAL TEAM SPIRIT…

One moment you’re performing a hypnotic floor routine. The next, you are somersaulting down the runway. The pressure is on. But your friends are right there with you every step of the way.

TeamGym takes skills from other types of gymnastics and adds a team element. So you can train and perform right alongside your friends. If you enjoy working and having fun as part of a group, you will get a kick out of TeamGym right from the very first day.

You don’t need any experience to get started with TeamGym. In fact, you don’t even need a team – we can do that part for you. And from the experienced adults to primary school age children, you can really get involved at any age and ability level. You will start by learning the basics of the three activities (the floor, the trampette and the tumbling track). As you develop your skill and strength, you will work as part of a team to learn and perform more and more amazing routines. They are open for every age range. But of course you can also do it just for fun and fitness.

Ready to become a TeamGym gymnast? KGTC provides a safe, friendly environment with professional coaches to help you learn, Gymnastics can be adapted to be inclusive for everyone, regardless of your ability. What you are waiting for – Join KGTC today.

Who is this program for? Athletes who are ready to commit to more time in the gym and are focused on taking their gymnastics to a new level. Athletes are invited to join due to their skills, work ethic and self-motivation to improve. It is highly recommended, although not required, to train twice a week and to participate in the above noted events.

The Performance Team groups athletes who have similar strengths and skill level for training. You don’t need performance experience to get started in our Intro program. As you gain experience, you will work as part of a team to learn and perform more and more amazing routines. Teams are often combined to perform displays that are fun, dynamic, varied in age and new!
