PAYMENT OF FEES UPDATE: With two Sportzsoft registrations being completed by Clubs for both Athletes and Coaches the registration fee is charging for both 2nd Provincial Cup and Elite Canada.
The Elite Canada Registration Fee will take priority (and is the correct Payment Amount Owed) over the 2nd Cup Provincial Registration Fee. Once registrations are nearing completion, KGTC will cross reference the two registration systems and email the Club an updated spreadsheet to confirm registration and the correct deductions have been applied. The adjusted amount would then require payment to KGTC. There will be NO LATE PAYMENT CHARGES APPLIED if this cannot be complete in a timely manner. Thank you for your patience and support!

Please Note: KGTC has requested the following dates: Tuesday, March 11, 2025 thru to Saturday, March 22, 2025 and will accommodate reservations for: 2025 TG Elite Canada, KGTC Invitational 2nd Provincial Cup, Optional Training Camp and C3 TG Course and Learning Facilitator Training.
Once you have booked your rooms, everything is handled through CSTT Sports Travel until you have physically checked into the hotel.
