MEMBER & STAFF SERVICES ASSISTANT

FULL-TIME

Kamloops Gymnastics | Trampoline Centre is looking to hire an enthusiastic and extremely organized customer-service team player to be our front end representative and a key player in our administrative team. If you thrive in an active and busy environment, enjoy working with children and families, and have strong admin skills… this is a position for you!

This full time position reports to the General Manager and responsibilities include effectively managing inquiries and registration services, providing accurate, valid and complete information, handling complaints, following communication guidelines, and KGTC policies and procedures. Staff services responsibilities include assisting our program coordinators with program class support, human resource file maintenance and record keeping. Other duties include providing event, marketing and board support, and other duties as needed.

Requirements:

● 2-3 years experience preferably in customer service, event planning, business development, and/or marketing and sales
● Extremely well organized, can set timelines and achieve goals with little supervision
● Proven customer service skills including the ability to adapt/respond to different types of customers
● Strong writing skills, strong initiative, strong phone and contact handling skills
● Strong computer skills with Google Suite and Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
● Experience working with online databases and with website management
● Dependable, reliable, committed and professional

Assets:

● Previous experience at a recreational type facility
● Relevant experience/education in human resources or accounting
● Personal passion for sport development and an active lifestyle

Schedule:

KGTC facility is open 7 days a week and flexible schedules will be considered based upon your availability.

Wages:

This full-time position offers competitive compensation based on qualification and experience with room to grow (benefits shall be performance based).
