SCHOOLS

KGTC is actively involved in bringing schools into our gymnastics club as an exciting option for your physical education program! Gymnastics is the best all-round sport for developing athleticism; agility, balance coordination and speed. No other sport offers as much overall training in strength, power, flexibility, spatial awareness and focus. Students who have an opportunity to explore gymnastics and body movement in new ways and on equipment they don’t usually use whether they participate in organized sports, outdoor recreation, dance, or just the playground associate physical skill and success as another way to stay fit and active as teens and adults.

Students visit KGTC, where coaches teach them fun warm-up games, flexibility exercises, and fundamental sport skills like throwing and catching on a wide range of equipment. They progress from basic gymnastics skills for everyday use, such as safe landings, to more advanced skills. The trampolines, air bag and foam pit are always the highlight of every visit!
